Northern Latitudes Brewery

We will be an independent pico brewery starting up in Orkney.

I’m working hard towards getting our tiny operation up and running. There are a number of legal steps I have to go through before I will be able to start brewing beer.

I’ll be hand crafting small batches of rich, dark, velvety smooth, luxurious beer. All of my beers will be aged to develop full and deep flavours. It is certainly not true that fresh is best when it comes to all beer. That is very much dependent on the style of the beer.

My beers will be available online only and the brewery will not be open to the public.

I’m sorry, but please don’t come to visit the brewery. I’ll be unable to spend any time with you or show you round.
